What we collect
- Enquiry and guide forms: your name, email, phone number and anything you write in a message box — used to reply to you and, where you request a guide, to send it plus related tips you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about page visits. We don't sell data or run third-party advertising trackers.
How it's used
To respond to enquiries, deliver requested guides, provide accountancy services if you become a client, and meet our legal obligations as a regulated accountancy practice.
Who we share it with
Service providers we use to run the site and communicate (for example our hosting provider and email platform), and — only when you choose to use them — partners such as Mettle, FreeAgent or Swoop. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time: hello@buzzaccounting.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
